ABOUT ME

Your Body, the Way You Want It

I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years and gained a wealth of experience training clients with all different backgrounds.I believe in helping clients achieve their goals in the most sustainable ways possible, uniquely tailored to each individual.


I have trained a wide selection of clients, ranging from high-level performance athletes such as a Formula 3 race driver, Paralympic rower and a Championship rugby player all the way through to regular clients who are just seeking to improve their movement and quality of life.

Having a rugby background and a continued interest for anything in sport, my passion for health and fitness led me to embark on a journey into Personal Training. I am a Mobility Specialist having trained in Functional Range Conditioning of which I apply a real emphasis on getting clients to move their bodies better and through greater ranges.

​

Another role I have is being part of the fitness team for the OCR event ‘The Wolf Run’ where I take the many runners through their safety briefings and warm ups before they start their run.

​

My main specialities are in mobility training, body composition, sport specific and injury rehabilitation.

Every humans body should be able to move freely through many ranges without pain. Being a FRC Mobility Specialist, I have a passion for helping people gain function and mobility in all areas of their body to move and to live a better lifestyle.
